About TSWMCS

  The Texas Symposium on Wireless and Microwave Circuits and Systems conference will be held on April 19-20, 2023, at the Baylor Research and Innovation Collaborative (BRIC) building on the campus of Baylor University in Waco, TX. The conference is devoted to a wide variety of topical areas, including:


  • RF and microwave circuits and systems
  • 5G and millimeter-wave wireless technologies
  • Wireless technologies for biomedical applications
  • Antennas, propagation, and electromagnetics
  • Spectrum management and coexistence
  • Devices, modeling, testing and measurement techniques
  • Microwave applied metrology
  • Wireless power transfer
  • Electromagnetic materials and modeling
  • Wireless or optical communications
  • Photonics
  • Radar and sensing
  • Internet of Things
  • Emerging wireless technologies


Papers accepted for publication and presented at the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

About TSWMCS

 In addition to the paper presentation sessions, the symposium will include a Plenary talk, several invited talks and tutorials, an exhibition, and a student poster competition for both graduate and undergraduate students. Awards will be given for the best poster presentations.

Greetings from General Chair: 

We would like to invite you to join us April 19-20, 2023 for the 15th Texas Symposium on Wireless and Microwave Circuits and Systems (TSWMCS), this year being held as an in-person conference once again.   


This year's in-person conference wil features  invited talks from key contributors to the RF and microwave fields, exhibitors from local industry, and engaging student events, including a student research/poster competition and young professionals panel.


All papers that are accepted and presented will be published in a digest, and the conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore digital library.   


We look forward to seeing you at the conference!
