Conference Information

About TSWMCS

  The Texas Symposium on Wireless and Microwave Circuits and Systems conference committee invites paper submissions for the 2020 conference, to be held at the Baylor Research and Innovation Collaborative (BRIC) of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, on April 2-3, 2020.  Authors from the industry and academia worldwide are invited to submit papers of their original and previously unpublished work in all areas listed below:

  • RF and microwave circuits and systems
  • 5G and millimeter-wave wireless technologies
  • Wireless technologies for biomedical applications
  • Antennas, propagation, and electromagnetics
  • Spectrum management and coexistence
  • Devices, modeling, testing and measurement techniques
  • Microwave applied metrology
  • Wireless power transfer
  • Electromagnetic materials and modeling
  • Wireless or optical communications
  • Photonics
  • Radar and sensing
  • Internet of Things
  • Emerging wireless technologies

Papers accepted for publication and presented at the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.  Travel grants will be awarded to students of selected papers to offset registration and travel costs.

 In addition to the paper presentation sessions, the symposium includes several invited talks and tutorials, an exhibition, an RF Bootcamp, an IEEE Young Professionals event, and a student poster competition for both graduate and undergraduate students. Awards will be given for the best poster presentations.

We would like to invite you to join us in Waco, TX-USA 2-3 April 2020 for the 11th Texas Symposium on Wireless and Microwave Circuits and Systems (TSWMCS).   


 Authors are invited to submit papers for presentation at TSWMCS. All papers accepted will be published in a digest, and the conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore* digital library.
