The Symposium is being postponed due to COVID-19. Please see below for details.
Due to the ongoing and developing situation with COVID -19, the decision has been made to postpone the 2020 IEEE Texas Symposium WMCS. The conference will therefore not take place as originally scheduled, during April 2-3, 2020.
Our plan at this time is to reschedule the conference for May 26-27, 2020.
If the COVID-19 situation does not allow us to hold the event during this time, then our contingency plan will be to hold a virtual conference online, for which instructions will be sent at a later time. Hopefully this will not become necessary, but we anticipate that a final decision on this should be made by April 15.
The deadline for early registration is still March 26, and the deadline for uploading final camera-ready papers is now April 6.
Please continue to monitor this website for updates.
