Conference participation Information

Due to the COVID -19 situation, the 2020 IEEE Texas Symposium WMCS will take place as a virtual conference. The conference will take place on May 26-28, 2020. The conference will be free for everyone except the authors of accepted papers. At least one author must register for each accepted paper that goes to IEEE Xplore.

Although the conference is now free, you must register in order to receive the password to open the "virtual portal" and join the conference sessions.

The conference program schedule and list of papers in each session is now available on the Program page. A program booklet listing the presentations for the Student Poster Competition is also now available on the Student Poster Competition page.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTENDING CONFERENCE: To join the virtual conference (using Webex), please click on the  "Virtual Portal"  link that is on the Conference Program page (found under the PROGRAM link). Then enter the password that you should have received when you registered for the conference. This will allow you to see and download  a version of the program that has active links (i.e., the "portal"). Download the portal (pdf version of the program schedule with active links). Click on the session title that you wish to join, and you will be taken to the Webex room for that session. (Note: You should also be able to click on the session links on the portal without downloading the portal first, if you wish.)

WEBEX INSTRUCTIONS:  A document providing instructions for attending the conference (and presenting papers) via Webex may be found at the link below.
