About TSWMCS

  The Texas Symposium on Wireless and Microwave Circuits and Systems conference will be held on April 15-16, 2026, at the Baylor Research and Innovation Collaborative (BRIC) building on the campus of Baylor University in Waco, TX. The conference is devoted to a wide variety of topical areas, including:


  • RF and microwave circuits and systems
  •  5G/6G and millimeter-wave/THz wireless technologies 
  • Wireless technologies for biomedical applications
  • Computational electromagnetics
  • Antennas, propagation, and electromagnetics
  • Spectrum management and coexistence
  • RF active and passive devices
  • Microwave metrology
  • Wireless power transfer
  • Electromagnetic materials and modeling
  • Wireless or optical communications
  • Photonics
  • Geophysical and subsurface modeling
  • Radar and sensing
  • Internet of Things
  • Emerging wireless technologies

 

2026 Special Session: To be announced. 


 In addition to the paper presentation sessions, the symposium will include a Plenary talk, several invited talks and tutorials, an exhibition, and a student poster competition for both graduate and undergraduate students. Awards will be given for the best poster presentations.

Greetings from General Chairs: 

We would like to invite you to join us April 15-16, 2026 for the 19th Texas Symposium on Wireless and Microwave Circuits and Systems (TSWMCS), this year being held as an in-person conference once again.   


This year's conference will feature invited talks from key contributors to the RF and microwave fields, exhibitors from local industry, and engaging student events, including a student research/poster competition and Young Professionals panel.


All papers that are accepted and presented will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.  


We look forward to seeing you at the conference!
